Hello and no not a curse but God allows choice as Love can not be Love if it does not have the power to say NO, in
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1:10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. Notice that God requires us to confess our sins [and forsake them] but if we do not want to confess [and forsake them] He does not force but the problem is if one does this, reject God's Holy Spirit long enough that sin becomes not pardenable NOT cause God is not willing but the person is not willing and if one does that long enough God allows that choice but that person, Jew or not will be in the second resurrection where in Rev.20:14 and Rev.21:8 that person will die forever.God does forgive for killing prophets, Paul wrote most of the new testament God forgave Him right? Do you think that if Jews really tried to do that, God couldn't have protected his Prophets? You have a low opinion of God, and you seem to buy into false stories very easily.

No, God merely observes, we have a choice in what we do.
Therefore:
We curse ourselves by twisting the messages and examples of God and Christ to fit our own self-interest, which at times hurt others and separates us from each other.
Yet:
Every act is an act of self-definition. Everything we think, say, and do declares, "This is Who I Am."

Let me say this first, the Jews who follow the Talmud are NOT the chosen people of God at all, the peoples known as the Hebrews and who followed the Law of Moses and the Ten Commandments are the chosen people, this is the law that Christ fulfilled not the Talmud, and these followers of this evil book are the ones who murdered Christ and are indeed under the curse of God and will be until Christ returns again.
This is why Jesus called them the Children of the Devil and vipers, the holy lineage of Christ came down through the true followers of God and the Torah.

Killing prophets can only ripe a bitter fruit. In muslim religion many sufis were killed by it.
Law of nature deliver its fruit for all good and bad done by any one. Sometimes instantly, sometimes after years. But it always delivers.

Curse was put on all mankind, but it was taken by Jesus and it is effective if any one believe that and accept Jesus took all sins in the cross and accept Jesus is son of God.

No, First of all, that is catholic propaganda. The romans did most of the killing or they made Jews do it. Everyone was afraid of dying.
