i have a friend with no work experience at all and who just finished HIgh School. I am curious about wether he will end up working only at fast food chains in the U.S. when he migrates? are these the only jobs available for this kind of people? is finding an office job difficult with no experience at all?

Depends-there are all types of jobs that fit all types of personalities. Without education it is important to represent yourself in the best possible light. lt's amazing just what you can talk your way into. Fast food should be your last choice.
