I'm considering trying to get more protein with the right amount of fiber to support it ... but not overdoing the protein, I don't wont to develop gout or anything lol! So, no I am not talking about Atkins or whatever, just changing my daily % that I eat of those categories that's all.

Take for instance I'm thinking of the following:
1270 cal per day
Protein (27%) = 85.73g per day
Unsaturated Fat (18%) = 25.4g per day
Saturated Fat (4%) = 5.64g per day
Carbohydrates (51%) = 161.93g per day
Recommended Fiber = 45g to 70.73g per day

I am a Female
Five Feet and Three Inches
25 years of age
I currently weight 173.5 (as of four days ago, last weighed)
I am Vegan

So, "Is a High Protein High Fiber Diet a healthy diet"?

its recommended to consume 25-35g of fiber a day - twice as much will definitely make you severely bloated and gassy
86g of protein is not "high protein" diet.

supply up taking the supplementations ASAP. visit the FDA MedWatch web site or call a million-800-FDA-1088. The FDA do not approve of supplementations, no enterprise in the u . s . does. the only think of good you're ingesting are those: I devour 5-6 nutrition an afternoon, with a huge breakfast petering out to lighter nutrition via the day's end. I devour fiber at each and every meal, aside from my placed up-exercising consultation drink. I reveal screen my nutrients habitual VERY heavily. On familiar, I devour approximately 27g of fiber an afternoon (selection of 20-42g), 2400 energy. I drink on the fringe of a gallon of water daily. I devour organic and organic yogurt daily. I devour everywhere from 5-8 servings of end result and vegetables daily.

Your carbs is on the high side.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean protein (grains, nuts, low fat cheese and milk) and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some fats and weight.

Too much protein. Protein should only make up 10% of your total calories no matter what. Your body can not use more than that in a day, so the rest will be converted into sugars and fatty acids, which is not good for any diet. Good luck.
