I don't.
Every definition of karma I've ever heard would require some ridiculous cosmic judge and cosmic bookkeeper, which sounds kinda absurd given how insignificant our planet is. (But of course, people still think that the universe revolves around mankind, to the point of postulating eternal supernatural beings who are more or less exactly like humans.)
The only other form of "karma" I've run into is nothing more than confirmation bias. You do something bad, and then you feel guilty, so you assume the next bad thing to happen to you is some sort of punishment. You're making a teleological error.

Christians have different opinions on karma (I'm not talking about doctrine, I'm talking about the people themselves) - Atheists, who have no guy in a robe to set ground rules, are much more diverse in thought. Some believe in karma, some don't. There's no universal belief.

No! Karma means you get what you deserve. I don't believe in it because results of an action show up with a time delay process and thus, becomes extremely hard to tell which action caused which result.

I personally don't. There were some people that wronged me and if karma did exist, they would've paid the price by now.
