The word discrimination is broad enough to apply to religion, but if they're bashing it directly it's sacrilege.

If it is in the workplace, then you need to document it.
You can take that up with the HR manager under EEOC guidelines which expressly forbids discrimination on basis of sex, race, religion, etc. The HR manager can arrange for diversity training for the staff.

I have worked in places where people who were not the majority flavor of christianity were looked down upon and even treated rudely. I reminded them that it isn't right and that they don't have a monopoly... and their behavior does not provide the "witness" that should be expected.
