ok you want the full story for those that don't beleve me we payed the car of before i had my bub we where moving from nt to tas we got $2500.00 worth of work on it to get there as we got to a small town the car over heated we got a machaic to fix it (the loan was through a bank) anyway he said that the head had cracked so it would take 2 weeks to get the part so we left the car there and went to tas we kept intouch with this bloke anyway we finely got the money to pay for it so we got my sister to get the car she drove from dawin to the town and the bloke wouldn't let her take it anyway we paid the repairs the car had my newborns stuff in it that we couldn't take so the bank took the car and said we paid it off to early and we still owe $1000.00 on it we didn't have that money so it went on from there and then they rang not long ago and said we owe them nothing they made a mistake and the car was sold for $1000.00 its that a better story john paul.....

THE QUESTION IS CAN THEY JUST DO THAT TO PEOPLE AND WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT AND SORRY MY SPELLING IS NOT RIGHT FOR BUT SOME PEOPLE DO TRY THERE BEST TO SPELL THERE NOT LIKE RICH LITTLE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT GET THE RIGHT TEACHING OR HELP FOR THAT MATTER I THOUGHT THIS SITE WAS TO HELP PEOPLE NOT CORRECT THEM ALL THE TIME SOME PEOPLE HAVE NO HEART THERE STUCK UP SNOBS.

I will assume that your questions is can the bank sell the car then come back and say sorry we made a mistake. Well, probably not, and unless you fight them on this matter and have them replace the car with another one they will get away with it. I would demand some answers and a correction to the problem immediately.

I agree that your post was nothing but a lot of rambling. Impossible to comprehend what you are talking about. Also noticed that the only question mark is in the subject line. Was there a question in there somewhere? This sounds like you are adding on to a previous question that we cannot understand because we don't have any idea what the original question was. Please add additional info onto the original question.

Uhhh.... Maybe if you broke that up into a few coherent sentences and a couple of paragraphs it might be possible to determine exactly what your question is. All I'm reading here is one huge ramble that is making my brain hurt trying to decipher it.
