Ohhhhhhh had to read that twice before I realised what you were talking about!!!

You need three pieces of foam, nice and thick. Two squares of it will be the base for sleeping on - so about 24 inches wide, and each about 36 inches long. The third bit is shaped - same width obviously. Cover each piece, then use fabric ties to join them.

IWhy would you need a pattern; One look at a chair should tell you how simple it is to make one.
Buy or cut form in the shapes you need ; cover them; stitch them together; (this is the hard part, with no industrial machine) I would use heavy duty velcro strips to hold them together, or use really heavy duty thread in a whip sttitch or blanket stitch.
