you cant spot reduce body fat so the only way to lose any particular fat (e.g. belly fat) is by lowering body fat percentage which you achieve by cardio and healthy diet - eat fresh, unprocessed foods in small meals every 2-3 hours (thats 5-6 small meals a day)
drink lots of water and never deprive your body

I saw this in a Japanese TV program on youtube (cant find it anymore ;;) but if you lie down on your back with your legs closed together with your toes touching, and do it for 10 min daily, you will start to see your belly flat.... or just sleep on your back everyday.... get a sauna belt!!
