I lost about 7 lbs my first month on the program. What I lost and what you might lose are not related at all. It depends on things like how much you have to lose, how well you stick to the program, and you metabolism. No two people lose exactly the same on any diet program. That's why you'll always see "results not typical" beside any testimonial for ANY weight loss program.

If you follow the plan correctly you will learn healthy eating habits. It is not just about counting calories.

I've been a lifetime member for 6 years and I have kept the weight off.

It depends....if your really big, you lose it way fast..but they say you should lose 2lbs a week, when you get to an average weight its so dang hard to lose....I was losing 1lb a day sometimes 2.......I was eating lowcal lowfat food, excercising hardcore, and had an appetite suppresent. The first month, I lost almost 30lbs.

ps. you can't go wrong with this program...

weight watchers is not a good program - it doesnt teach you healthy and constructive eating habits - they only count calories.
All people i know have gained weight back sooner or later.
You have to eat healthy, fresh, unprocessed foods in small meals every 2-3 hours to lose weight and do lots of cardio.
