I have to tryout for a soccer team soon. (Tips for that would be great)

But the problem is, I run out of energy too fast. Just a couple minutes of running, and I'm out of breath. How can I improve on this? Using a treadmill? Going up and down on stairs? unning down the block?

(I've played soccer before though, but it always comes down to I run out of energy.)

Oh, I've had asthma when I was younger, but it's gone now, according to my doctor... I think it probably caused some setbacks with my stamina...?

Pro soccer players can run equivalent of 6 miles during a match. I'd say the more you can just run, the better your endurance/stamina/recovery will be during a match.

Good Luck

You need to run a lot longer of distances. I am going to be honest with you, 2.5-3.5 miles is not very much at all. I want to point out though, before I go on, that it is very admirable that you run at all and are keeping at it- good job, most people can't do that. I sincerely mean that. Now on to business. I started running a year and a half ago, as a Sophomore in highschool, for my Cross Country team. I had to do it cold turkey- 6 and 10 mile runs when I was used to doing zero. It was very, very tough, but luckily for me I'm naturally good at it so I didn't completely die. I'd come home and sleep every day after my run for two or three weeks though. I kept it up. After three months, I could easily run 3 miles, and could do 10. It is going to be very hard to do, but if you want to increase your endurance, you are going to have to add more miles to your training program. Start by doing 5 miles four or five days a week for two weeks, then add one mile and repeate for another two weeks. See how this works for you. Also, the pace you run it at should not be comfortable- you should be suffering, but able to continue. Make sure you get good shoes- I made that mistake and got blisters so badly you could see the meat. That made running ten miles the next day all the harder. Hope this helped you.

Slow your pace down and keep running. Set mini goals one block, two blocks, three etc. you also need a physical to see if you have other issues such as asthma.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?C4Q4

A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.

He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied
