Protein 23%
Unsaturated Fat 18%
Saturated Fat 4%
Carbohydrates 55%

Is the above a good plan (with exercise) for loosing weight?

I will be eating Vegan foods (I'm vegan). Whole foods at least 7 different veggies and 3 to 5 fruits a day (due to being on a budget, I would get all 5 lol!). NO pre-made stuff, but I might get canned beans though, or a mixed frozen bunch of veggies (if you call that pre-made lol).

i dont know if thats enough protein for you - daily suggested intake is 0.5-1g per pound of body weight a day (e.g. if you weight 150lbs you need 75-150g/day thats 300-600cal of protein)
you can get a lot of protein from tofu and there are lots of ways of preparing it.

Is this based on a 1500 or 10000 calorie diet? What foods will you be choosing? There is no way to answer your question with the information you have provided.

Yes. I am able to control my weight with balance diet. The same time some sort of excercise also recomended.
