I'm a very naughty girl. 17 is mine, but it is slowly improving. If I am not overweight I am underweight. There is no happy medium with my body. But I am slowly getting there with the help of a nutritionist and my Dr.

I had lots of McDonald's and Chinese take-away last week and actually lost 3 kilos. I have had problems with my thyroid, but the levels are normal at the moment, so we don't know what the problem is at the moment.

BMI the same as the scale are irrelevant numbers and you cant make a statement that a person is overweight or obese just from their BMI.
What matters is muscle mass and body fat percentage.
e.g. you can be "underweight" by BMI but actually have relatively high body fat percentage (anorexics) or you can be "obese" by BMI but actually have really low body fat percentage (bodybuilders)
