Many languages and dialects are spoken in Guatemala.

Spanish is the national language. "Welcome home" in Spanish is:
"Bienvenidos a casa" (to a group of men or men and women)
"Bienvenidas a casa" (to a group that is all women, no men)
"Bienvenido a casa" (to one man)
"Bienvenida a casa" (to one woman)

Many native languages are spoken in Guatemala, too. Most are spoken only in certain communities, and many people who speak a native language also speak Spanish. Here is "welcome" in four of the native languages from Guatemala:
Aguacatec: "B'alaj uia'n"
Chorti: "Inb'utz iyo'pa'r "
Kanjobal: "Okan yul"
Pocomchi: "Oquen"

Guatemalans speak Spanish, generally (unless they speak an indigenous language, but often they will speak Spanish too.)

If the person you are talking to is a male, write "¡Bienvenido!"
If the person is female, write "¡Bienvenido!".
If it is more than one person, with at least one male, write "¡Bienvenidos!"
If it is more than one person and they are all females, write "¡Bienvenidas!"

I hope this is helpful! Send me a message if you have any questions.

All of the words above I put mean "welcome". It would be fine by itself. If you add "a casa" to any of the above, it means "welcome home".

In case no one else answers: Bienvenidos a casa.

It may be different in Guatemalan dialect than it is in the Castilian they teach in high school, so if anyone has a better answer, go for it.
