As long as you can follow certain guidelines, control your cravings and make time everyday for exercising, losing weight isn't too hard.

The main part of your diet should be fruits, and vegetables, eat lots of fibrous foods. When eating carbs stick to whole grain foods (it has more fibre, makes you full faster, longer and much healthier than white bread, noodles etc.)

At most have 2 servings of milk products and 2 servings of meat and alternatives. One serving for milk products should be yogurt (try having plain yogurt or low fat/ smaller portions <90 g>) and the other, 2 % milk or low fat cheese. For meat and alternatives have lean meats (try to stay away from fried/ grilled meats), tofu, hard-boiled eggs, beans/ lentils or a small handful of nuts.

Avoid foods high in sugar, fats and salt (encourages fat storage around the waste, also bad for health). Try drinking at least 6 glasses of water (1.5L) a day (since you also eat fruits, vegetables and maybe soups, so assess according to your diet). Don't drink sodas, if you have to, don't drink much.

Exercise for at least an hour a day. The exercise should be moderate (you can still exercise for awhile longer without getting extremely tired) to intense (you can talk, but you rather not). And if possible on top of the moderate to intense exercise, walk for 30 minutes a day.

Some good exercises are running, cycling, or climbing stairs :). Try burning about 300-500 calories a day from exercise. Sometimes listening to music while exercising is good, it's motivating :).

Exercise at least 60 min everyday at a medium to intense level. While also drinking plenty of water.
http://www.hydroxycut.com/WOMEN/CALCULATORS/WATER/index.shtml
Put in your weight, enter 60 min on the workout time, then put the exercise calculator to moderate then calculate. There's how much water your body needs. Now take what they told you and drink 3 more 8oz.
This is the most easyist way to loose weight.

Also try to make sure you are eating a good balanced diet and taking vitamins. Lower your fat intake and up your protein intake (but not over 25% of your overall daily diet).

Get off your *** and get some exercise.......go walk somewhere farther than the fridge for starters. Eating healthy helps a lot too, but i've found that physical activity is the best way.
