just had a guy tell me on this website that after u get off of musclemilk your muscle will turn to fat is this true. doesnt sound true but i wanted to see others opinions or any facts or experiences

muscle never turns to fat or the other way around

if u dont work ur muscle, u lose it

That's nonsense.

If you don't use your muscles they deplete... your body consumes them for energy when no food is available.

You can only gain body fat by eating more than your body burns as energy.

EDIT:
Musclemilk by itself doesn't make you gain muscles. It is merely a dietary supplement. You need to workout hard to gain muscle, just like everybody else..

Yes. It will turn you into a pile of goo. Run! Run! Actually, not exercising will do that. Muscle milk will not do anything harmful to your muscles.

muscle and fat are two different tissues and they physically cant turn into each other.
you gain fat if you have consumed more calories than spend during the day.

no its not true..muscle milk is just protein supplement that helps feed your muscle... with the proper exercise you will gain lean muscle mass..
