Guys, read the question, this is at least pseudo-religious.
To answer:
Someone selling Genies on e-Bay, likely, isn't going to be taken too seriously to begin with. Nonetheless, I'm positive the business he does relies on him looking at least somewhat professional, even if most people would write him off as an e-bay version of a carnie.
He's had zero negative feedback so far, and zero mutually deleted posts. His buyers love him.
Now, this is the thing: He can describe himself however he wants to, do business however he wants to, and as long as he's being honest as far as his buyers are concerned and recieving positive feedback, he's not *really* doing anything wrong, even if his presentation is a little hokey.
Pay close attention to this next part:
There's also nothing wrong with asking people online what they think, and if they'd have a moment to click http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?LeaveFeedback2 and leave some feedback. Furthermore, there's nothing wrong with asking them to compare http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300131473894&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.ebay.com%3A80%2Fsearch%2Fsearch.dll%3Ffrom%3DR40%26_trksid%3Dm37%26satitle%3D300131473894%26category0%3D%26fvi%3D1 with http://paranormal.about.com/library/weekly/aa012102b.htm
The only reason he's gotten away with it so far, is because his only buyers are the type that buy genies online (and probably spend a pretty penny on tarot readings as well).

I too have found many bogus metaphysical items listed on eBay. Mostly, items listed as "haunted", and being "extremely powerful". There isn't really anything that can be done about this, and the plagiarism would be hard to get pursued. I handcraft wands, staves, scrying mirrors, and various other ritual tools, and sell them on eBay--- I list the items as what they are-- a channeling medium, never as something "haunted" or "enchanted".... such items are only as powerful as the user is......
Blessed be sister

You could write eBay about this, but it is not at all clear what bearing, if any, the chap's personal history has to do with anything he is attempting to sell or buy.

I don't think there's anything that can be done. I am not sure if eBay has a way for you to report this to them; however, even if you did what can they do about it? I mean, at best it is 'plagiarism'.

I doubt if you can make statements on any forum copyright. Yahoo would have a view on this.
