Women! Waxing/Shaving? Pls Advise!!?

Question

I have heard many girls say that if u do anything but waxing one's underarms (like shaving or hair removal creams), underarms become darker in color and the hair that grows back is coarser...
is this true?
but what is the alternative, if the beauty salons are very expensive, and i can't afford to wax as regularly as i should.

Knowledgeable women, Plz Advice (abt the facts u knw, n have experienced not wht u've heard other women say)

Yes its true, it becomes darker if you shave.

And waxing isnt that expensive at all.

Alot of the 'nail salons' do them for a pretty cheap price.

Just try it, and it wont hurt!

yes shaving does make your underarms or where ever you shave darker, but if you use baby oil everyday after you shave it makes it lighter thats what I heard from my friends. I used to shave, but not anymore. I go to the nail salon and get waxed, its not as bad as it sounds, but if youre worried about it being costly you can always go out and buy the at home kit and wax yourself.

I have heard that the more you shave your armpits..the darker they become. I am in the same boat...I am just too chicken to wax. I am seriously debating it though...my armpits looks crappy. LOL

I belive what you have heard is true. So, being in the same situation as you, what I did was shave every day.....Then as we made more money got waxed...then lasered.....

go to the derma

it gets darker,though

you can't stop hairs from growing.. even holly wood celebs have hair in their under arms

that is a lie waxing is better and it does not make it darker it makes it lighter
