Please do not think I am trying to be beligerent, because I'm not, but there is a guy who masturbates in the pews at my Church, and I'm not quite sure what to say.
I think the Pastor and him are having a relationship, because he keeps smiling while this fornicator masturbates during the sermon.
What should I do?

i would approach my Pastor first about this situation. If he does notice i think he should be asked: what is the proper course of action. I'm sure that you are not the only person who notices and obviously it's not suitable behavior for church. The Pastor needs to address the issue... i think your assumption about your Pastor is a little strange- because Pastors smile at a lot of people. If you have that much doubt about your Pastor --- you may also want to consider attending another church- i mean how open are you to receive instruction about God from someone who you think is allowing masturbation to occur while he speaks- and is having a homosexual relationship with a member of the congregation. i think apporaching him about the issue can tell you a lot about whether your speculations are true or not. And thereafter i don't know if there's other membes of the leadership you could approach to correct the situation.

Record it with your phone, and HOW does no one else notice this?!
Nudge the person next to you next time you are there, and get the word around, i'm sure he'll soon feel segregated, awkward, and leave.
