What really amazes me is that people never think through anything without really studying it. They base all their knowledge and opinions on what they heard someone else say, yet never really study to find out if it's true. It's amazing to hear people say they don't believe in God, yet if they studied science, they would find that Einstein, Hubble, and another French scientist in their study of the universe came up with the big bang theory, to which Einstein, formerly an atheist realized that by proving the big bang theory, had also proved the existence of God, since the only thing that could cause it had to come from outside, to which Einstein reluctantly admitted that God had to exist, although he didn't know what manner of being He was. There are numerous things like this, but people never study to find the truth- they just shoot off their opinions- which are often ignorant and without substance because they only repeat what other unlearned people have said. That amazes me!

It amazes me that God allows this great planet to continue. It amazes me that Jesus will be coming back for us and we are so unworthy. He should start all over and scrap the lot of us. It amazes me that I have two healthy loving boys to raise and steer through this crazy world. It amazes me that people still don't understand what common courtesy is and have complete lack of accountability, yet get so far ahead in their jobs. What amazes me most are how perfectly animals are formed, how beautiful flowers are in their uniqueness and how tall a tree can grow. And it amazes me that God allows His grace to flow down to us so that we can love each other as He loves us. katiefish <><

Quantum entanglement, the inseparable entwinement of particles at the atomic scale.
Bose–Einstein condensates that can slow down or stop light.
Cosmic rays which can't exist theoretically.
Where is that 90% of the mass in the universe that we can't see?
All of this mystery in the creation and still we would be arrogant enough to make claims to our fellow humans not only that there isn’t or is a God but also what his nature is even to the point of claiming stupid stuff like what kind of food he likes and if he disaproves of who you get jiggy with.

Life itself amazes me or I suppose the circle of life.
I've been thinking alot about it this year because my own son graduated from high school and I can remember to when I graduated from high school. I think about how my mom must have felt and now how I feel, how I felt graduating, how I felt raising my son, now he's a young man and how I felt growing up and how he must have felt and now here he is starting college. Life is just one big circle and we keep repeating it and hopefully making it better and better for our children, correcting some of the mistakes of our own parents, teaching our children from our mistakes and making better people to take on the problems of this world.
It's amazing to me to see the little boy that I held in my arms almost 18 years ago and shed tears over because I thought he was a beautiful baby.....is the same boy that I just shed tears over as he walked across that stage in cap and gown to accept his diploma.......and so the circle of life continues!!

#1 - The written word. Do you realize that a person living three thousand years ago could transmit to me, by written word, his deepest thoughts, emotions and ideas, using only curved and straight lines? And by the same method, I can leave my thoughts, ideas and emotions for someone to know three thousand years from now!
#2 - The things people are capable of conceiving with their minds and building with their hands, when I look around the feats accomplished in this world.

The many ways God has blessed me throughout my life. It is amazing to see God move in ways which are astonishing.
I have lived long enough to see His mighty Hand move in "mysterious ways." What an awesome God we serve!
