A common misconception here. I suspect that you are really asking about spaceships and little green men.
UFO stands for Unidentified Flying Object. Therefore - any object travelling through the sky that you do not recognise is a UFO. So planes seen at odd angles, weather balloons, kites, clouds etc can all be real but because they are not immediately recognisable they are all certifiable UFOs!

Yes. There was a pretty famous mass sighting of a group of 6 to 8 lights hovering over Phoenix in March, 1997. I watched them for several minutes from the window of the airplane I was on shortly after take off. Also I've heard credible stories (unrelated to mine) from two people I know and whose judgment I trust.
I'm not prepared to say I believe they're alien spacecraft, but I certainly do believe there are unidentified flying objects.

To imagine a class 3 civilization (one capable of harnessing the power of a galaxy) would travel across billions of miles of space to spy on a bunch or warring, primitive shaved apes is the most ridiculous thing imaginable.
Any other life in this universe is much too far away to reach us by any conventional propulsion methods. They would need to know how to bypass the constraints of conventional space-time, and beings with that level of sophistication simply wouldn't waste their time with us. It would be like gathering together the entire state of Texas to embark on a field trip to Africa to try and communicate with a dung beetle.
Unidentified flying objects exist, but they are either natural objects in our local solar system, or man-made terrestrial phenomenon.

I do not believe in UFOs..I accept them as real.
I have had many encounters..some of them close encounters..There is no doubt that they are as real as you and me..and here..
I have seen a silver disc in daylight..multiple spheres..orange sphere..elongated diamond UFOs..A massive one that was the size of at least 2 foot ball fields..backwards c shaped object..and so on..

In the "Conversations with God" books, God calls beings on other planets HEBs. Highly Evolved Beings. They live and remember as God wants us to. God said the HEBs look to earth to see how not to live. God also says that Jesus was a HEB.

A UFO is something we.... dont know what it is. Obviously new military ships...... odd shaped balloons, and other object will be unknown and flying.
As for aliens in them... no.,
