how do you get abs super quick (just not by sit ups)?

sit ups only build muscle - they do not burn fat, so if you have a layer of fat on your abs nobody will be able to see them even if you do gazillion sit ups.
cardio is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for average of 45min
when your body fat percentage lowers you will meet your abs.

i would say do swiss ball crunches, bicycle crunches and crunches where you have your right foot over your left knee and left foot over right knee, but dont put your hands behind your head, this puts unnecessary stress on your neck, put your hands behind your ears and go to work
