In your life you are running away from something that is bothering you or someone who you don't like or vice versa. Your dream is telling you to stop running and face the situation. Solve the problem, change the situation within which you are and the dreams will stop.

I've had simelar dreams usually being chased. Here's some answers for you.
1. Natives: Any dream which contains "natives"--that is , people from another culture and possibly
with a tribal system--is making us aware of a very simple structure to life. Our natural feelings can come to the fore in a way that expresses our wilder, rather less civilized selves.
a.) Within man, however civilized he may be, there is a part which holds to a basic simplicity. Native culture is perhaps in some ways more free and less restricted than Western culture. It therefore allows for not only an easier expression of emotions on a personal level, but also a structured management of power both in a tribal and spiritual sense. It is understood, for instance, that only those who have been trained can become witch doctors and can deal with the spirits. Everyone is aware of his or her task. It is this aspect which may be relevant in dreams about natives.
b.) In the spiritual sense, natives represent a closeness to the earth and to nature--something we need if we are to understand our own spirituality.
2. Arrow; If we dream of shooting arrows we are aware of the consequences of actions, either our own or other peoples, which cannot be recalled or revoked. Interestingly enough, arrows can also symbolize words in dreams.
a.) Communications which we make could be damaging to other people. We could either hurt or be hurt by directness.
b.) arrows as weapons suggest power, energy and expertise.
I hope this helps you intrepret your dream. Take care.

I have a divining deck and the interpretation is "taking aim" and "hitting your target"
Where were the bow and arrows aimed? High? Too High? It might be wise to re-evaluate a strategy.
Did the arrows hit low? Perhaps some standards need to be raised?
Blindly shooting an arrow into the air may mean a lack of clear direction.
There is always the old "shoot yourself in the foot" types of statements and if you dream that, it can mean self-sabotage too.

According to Dreamcrowd:
To bow in your dream, represents respect. You are acknowledging a greater and larger power. To see an archer's bow in your dream, refers to the pursuit and accomplishment of your goals.
The interpretation of this dream symbol may vary depending if the arrow was a tool or a weapon, or a sign pointing direction. Dreaming about an actual arrow may have a range of meaning that includes swiftness, powerful and speedy intuition, mental alertness, precession, illuminating thoughts, and, last but not least, it could be a phallic symbol. To interpret the dream, consider its setting, context and emotional tone. Then, attempt to connect and apply the suggested symbolism to your current situation or state of mind.

People are harrassing you with too much information or too much little pieces of bitterness. You are trying to get out of the blanket of arrows. To you it's not a scary danger like a gun, but a constant annoyance you want to get away from.
