is there any way i can talk teach my dog to speak on the phone? are there any special pet people who know how to do that? like Baxter from the movie Anchorman

r u serious?? lol!!! animals don't tlk. u can teach it to press the "send" button nd bark into it. but thats just a waste of money nd time. lol!!!
