Side effects include
emotional lonliness,
damaged relationships,
lost jobs or low pay,
and possibly an occasional night in jail
See a psychologist or psychiatrist. Some disorders, successfully treated can nearly eliminate your anger.
Also learning new patterns of thought that will work better for you can help.
Some people take medication so they do not falsely believe others are "out to get them"

you mean other than not having friends, that's a big side affect
yes long term it would probably do something to your heart
and mentally if you get angry all the time at people and they don't call you on it then you will always do this
we teach people how to treat us by what we do and don't do
you need to go to Dennis pragers website and try to listen to him on talk radio

yes indeedy, your self inflicted stress can cause high blood pressure, heart attacks, ulcers, anything stress causes may come your way, which is just a sad way to be for you.I used to be easy to get going, not anymore though, there are many ways to learn to manage one's anger,it's not a bad thing to have anger for good reason, but always is self destructive.I wish you all the best, good for you for recognizing it.!:)
