Where does it say we can't. Now get yourself a life. Oh wait a minute I'm getting a message from god, he is telling me that we are beings of light and that Christ was sent as a systems buster a member of the family of light, through the portal in the Middle East. This created a way for many to enter and seed a reality that would prepare consciousness of humanity. The Christ-ed one came as not as one entity, but as a number of entities. Christ being crucified to create fear,an emotion out of someone Else's intentions and to move consciousness in a way that was not originally intended at all. This means that in a free will universe it is possible particular in portal areas from one group of gods to raid other's stories and insert their own version. These dimensional falks and they give us holographic inserts which are fake. So inconclusion your religious belifes are a phantasm of the imagination.

1. I have seen no proof proving or disproving his existence.
2. Religions have been manipulated my the government since the dawn of time, in order to extend their power.
3.Church has been used as a form of control.
4.The idea of a 'god' was invented when man realized that death was inevitable and was scared *censor*less.
5. People look to god as a means to explain the 'unexplainable'
6. The universe dates back billions of years, the earth, also dates back billions, and yet humans have only been alive for 60thousand at MOST.
7. Because evolution is a FACT.
8. Because god has never showed his face.

And by get a life you mean...?

Many of the people who founded this country, and who achieve 'everything' didn't believe in any certain god. Thomas Jefferson for example (the reason we have separation of church and state)

I don't have to believe in a god to have moral foundations, mutual respect, friends, or whatever else your definition of a "life" refers to.

I respect others not out of FEAR OF GOING TO HELL, rather, because i believe it is right.

Excuse me for revealing a bit of truth to you. It is not a requirement to have a belief in any god to participate in a Religious and Spirituality forum.

Thank you for your concern, however, since I already have a great life, I do not need to obtain additional ones.

but, my son, they DO have a life. Look how much alcohol has been consumed tonight in honor of your question! Don't mean I told you so, but you are going to damage a lot of livers this way---maybe be a bartender. If you want to get them drunk again, ask them about Pascal's Wager, or ask if they are atheists because they want to lead an immoral life.

Even as a Christian, I think we should make a "R&S Etiquette" list, and add this question to the no-nos. It's been asked way, way to much times.

They have every right to be here, and have their own opinions about religion and spirituality. Learn to respect that, please.

God bless.

You poor simple minded little brainwashed cretin...
There are many very Spiritual Atheists in R&S...
You are the one who needs to get a life...
Just who do you think you are... ?????
You have blind faith, worship a FALSE GOD...
Your Bible is just a book of terror, which was written by men, bastardised by Kings...
Not ONE scrap of proof do you have, yet you continue to unleash you poison on the rest of us...
YOU are NOT worthy to shine my boots....
I am not an Atheist, Iam Wiccan....
Blessed Be... )O(

We have opinions about religion and we like it here. This isn't the Christian board. Go somewhere else yourself if you can't take the heat. We like to answer questions here and nowhere does it say our answers have to be pro-Christian.
