Would that qualify as mistreating your body, or as God calls it, your "temple"?

A lot of people seem to be saying that putting a little bit of poison into their temple a little at a time is acceptable, but putting lots of poison into their temple all at once is unacceptable. Thanks, Christians. I'll keep that in mind.

Nope ALL food is blessed and it is not what goes into a man that defiles him but what comes out of him is from the heart.

I had grilled chicken from Subway today.

Every now and then, I'll splurge with a couple of double cheeseburgers from MickeyD's.

Guess what...I'm in ministry. It's okay to eat fast food.

Guess what else, I'm a marathoner, so I even hurt my body by exercising.

But in the end, I respect God's temple.

Not very often, I cook at home everything from scratch (no microwave in my house, those things will kill you) 7 days a week. I even make pizza homemade (once in a while) Once in a while I get a craving for an In ~N~ Out Double Double and I go and get one.

I'm not sure. How should a Christian eat fast food? And how is that different than the way a non-Christian should eat it.

And what does fast food have to do with mistreating my body? (The Scriptures tell us to do everything that we do in moderation.)

Actually God says that anything is good if we bless it in his name. It is not so much fast food that is killing us, it is those extra large portions...God teaches moderation in all things...even fat free stuff can be bad for you if you overeat.

1 Cor 10:31
Whether, then, you eat or drink or (AW)whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

I refuse to eat fast food because it's loaded with calories and carbs, not because I'm Christian. :P
I don't count Quiznos as fast-food, of course.

High fat, high sodium, high chemical content from antibiotics and commercial feed - low nutritional value. That's like defecating in the Taj Mahal.
