Looks about 14 to 16 lbs. Stand on a scale, weigh yourself, pick up the cat, weigh again. Your cat looks a little pudgy. If it's not just the picture, put him on a good quality diet cat food. An overweight cat can develop thyroid disease or diabetes.

Easy way to find out if you have a normal scale. Climb on it, just you, then see how much it says, then pick up kitty and climb on again, the difference is what the cat weighs.

He looks like you're feeding him far too much dry food which is loaded with carbos and chubs them up. You may think of switching to a healthier diet otherwise you're going to have health issues. Chubbies cats are NOT cute. It's not good for them to be overweight.

Why don't you just weigh yourself while you're holding him and then weigh yourself again while you're not holding him. The difference is how much he weighs.
