3 hour exercise sessions ( I am physically in good hands to work this long )

the best way to lose weight with out crash diet is to speed up the metabolism. I would recommend eating small snack portions through out the day.

meat for protein and strength and veg for keeping your immune system from failing.

When you exercise throw you body in to over drive. You need to make sure your routine varies. Running one day for one mile then walk two miles the next. Then run for two miles the following and walk one mile the next. Keep this a pattern and extend the running up hill. This makes your fat burn faster because your heart is trying to figure out what is going on. If you crash diet your body will only turn to fat. It will eat away your muscles. To keep your body tight i would recommend do some aerobics at home for half hour to fourty five minutes.
STRESS THE ISSUE NOT TO MAKE A PATTERN!

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

Well all I know is at the beginning of a diet (if you are drinking a lot of water) you typically loose 4-5 pounds the first week (do to water weight) and then only 1-2 pounds a week after that. For a total loss of 11-13 pounds in 6 weeks.
So to loose 30 pounds will be at least a miracle. I suggest lots of steam baths or if it is sunny out go outside for brisk walks to bring out the sweat.

It's easy, depending on how you look at it. Eat whatever you want and here's the catch. Drink a glass of tap water "twice" an hour. That's it. Two glasses for each and every hour you are awake. That comes out to at least 24 glasses a day. Around 40 gallons of water a month will wash away fat and a lot of other health problems. The best part about tap water is its chlorine. It kills parasites too.

You need to watch Vision Quest and see the stuff he does. He runs everywhere he goes, skips rope, when he has to stop - he does push ups, when he's driving he uses an [Ironmind] gripper.
