i have had a really crap life in oz, and i want to marry someone from another country,just to get out of here.

i am only 24,and i cant think of another way to leave here,and have a new start. is there another way? ihave 2 kids. am i crazy?

You don't want to leave your country. What you want to do is change your situation.

First good move would be to leave the bf that beats you and chokes you until you pass out. Because if he doesn't kill you first, it will one of your children. File charges against him. Seriously speaking, if you are considering becoming a stripper and have a bf who hits you, you SERIOUSLY need to get out of there any way you can, but take care of the kids, first.

Kids can deal with being poor. They can't deal with watching mom become a punching bag. Poor doesn't destroy a child's ethics and future.

Watching role-models who give or take punches like movie snacks do risk the child's future.

You aren't the kind of mom they can be proud of until you can look them in the eyes and say, "I know it's not fun, but we did the right thing in they eyes of the world and of God," (assuming you believe, that is, and if you don't, it's a good guide for behavior anyway).

It isn't the country. It's the company you're choosing to keep. Read your other posts and see what kind of life you're choosing.

It is true that the grass is always greener on the other side. You can't run away from life. Wherever you go you are still stuck with yourself. If you can't make it in America, I can quarantee you that things are much harder in another country.With two kids in tow, it would really be hard to strat up in a new country.I wish you luck, perhapes you could take a short vacation and focus on some changes for your future that are within your grasp.

Yes you are crazy if you think there is a knight in shining armour who is going to ride up on a stallion horse and rescue you.

But since you have two kids and no husband at the age of 24--you should already know THAT.

Since you are in Oz, then you should also know that its inhabitants dont have brains, hearts or courage.

Your best bet is to use those ruby slippers on your own two feet.

Firstly, wrong reason to get married, just to escape.
Secondly, you will take yourself with you, wherever you go, so best to try to change your life where you are.
Thirdly, put your 2 children 1st. as they need security and love.

go to a third world country without any of the USA social benefits for an eye opener ...... 0therwise, i doubt that you can go to another first world countries without any skills ...you would be another illegally immigrant..and those countries have far less social programs than USA

I think, That's just my opinion, that you don't really wanna leave your country. You just need a vacation, a somet time off...from everything. Traveling is really great, it relaxes you and makes you realize that you love your country and don't really wanna leave it.
