my eating plan for tomorrow:
Breakfast: LUNA bar and apple, 250 cals
Lunch: Veggie burger (just patty, no bread) and vegetable soup- 200 cals
2:00 snack- cantalope- 100 cals
Dinner: salmon and veggies- 250 cals
dessert: pineapple- 100 cals
and for an extra another apple if i get hungry
total about 1,000 calories
what do you think?

you wont lose fat eating that little.
body needs 50cal/hours just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day.
you can lose fat only if you create slight deficit in daily caloric intake otherwise all you lose by depriving your body is just water weight and muscle which also means you slow down your metabolism.
your body is smarter than you - there is no way to trick it.

There is healthy fat and unhealthy fat. It doesn't sound like you're getting any fat at all. In order to lose weight you have to have at least a little. You can get it from avocados or nuts.

i dont count calories, but it sounds healthy and well balenced to me. Mabye throw some nuts in there with your apple if your not allergic.
