Bachelor of Fire Science - Oklahoma State University. There are others, but this is the oldest and best known.
This is good if you want to deal with F. P. as a Fireman/ Fire Fighter, and rise through the administrative ranks.

If you are trying to get work as a Fire Protection Engineer or Fire Sprinkler Design, then any B.S. degree in Engineering will get you started. Lacking that, pursue NICET certifications and an NFPA membership.
The industry is always looking for qualified people. Most of the procedures and programs are proprietary to each particular company, so attitude and initiative are what these companies are looking for. If they like what they see, they will train you on the particulars.
