The King James Version uses the word unicorn, but it is not talking about the legendary horse with a horn. It was most likely talking about a reem. Which was a VERY large animal like a Yak. That animal was so aggressive and so huge that it was probably extinct just so people wouldn't have to worry about them any more.
1. Numbers 23:22
God brought them out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn.
2. Numbers 24:8
God brought him forth out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn: he shall eat up the nations his enemies, and shall break their bones, and pierce them through with his arrows.
3. Deuteronomy 33:17
His glory is like the firstling of his bullock, and his horns are like the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the thousands of Manasseh.
4. Job 39:9
Will the unicorn be willing to serve thee, or abide by thy crib?
5. Job 39:10
Canst thou bind the unicorn with his band in the furrow? or will he harrow the valleys after thee?
6. Psalm 22:21
Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.
7. Psalm 29:6
He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.
8. Psalm 92:10
But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.
9. Isaiah 34:7
And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.

The biblical description of the unicorn is clearly a rhino, the big horn representing Ephraim and the small Manneseh, Deuteronomy 33:17.

That is so interesting that you ask about unicorns, I just started to read a book "The Last Unicorn - Peter S. Beagle - Illustrated by Mel Grant" You will love it. It is very interesting 212 pages with nice graphic images.

No there isn't a Unicorn... but there are several animals that are close looking like them.
The Oryx in the desert.
And someone, I honestly forget who, bred a one horned goat. They had them at one time in the Barnum and Bailey Circus. Honestly I thought they were cute.
And yes I love unicorns, as I am a fan of anything horse like.

What a pretty thought. Surely, if gods are real then unicorns are real too. And also the Tooth Fairy, Santa Claus, and the little people living under rocks in County Kerry.

Don't listen to those people. Unicorns are real, in fact I have some. I have been raising them on a small farm I have in Canada. Would you believe they are carnivores? Yup, I don't know how many rabbits and birds I have to feed those little buggers but they just can't get enough.

The bible does speak about unicorns, but it is not a horse with a horn growing out of its head. The Bible describes a very different type of single horned animal.
