Call the local police on your cell phone. If you don't have the number call 911 and report it. good luck You may save a life.

911, unless signs are posted with a different number to call. In my neck of the woods, it's posted as *55 on your cell phone.

i don't know it would do any good,but i here there there giving out 5 points in Maryland for aggressive driving,wish they would do it here in CA,i know lets all write our congressman
