The ability to cook well should not be a criteria when searching for a wife/husband. Cooking like all skills can be learned and improved. It is not an innate ability you are born with. While it may be a factor, the overpowering one is love and trust, the building blocks for any relationship

Not that important. lol here is a funny story
I was talking on the phone to my girlfriend and we were talking about cooking. I am a great cook and I was telling her that I could cook and all and she was like yeah I can cook too and all of this when her sister screams over the phone, what do you mean you can cook, heck girl you once burnt Ramen Noodles....lol, i had so much fun with that lol

I would want to know they can cook well enough to feed themselves and the kids in a nurtritionally sound and appealing way.
