I can feel it, when he looks at me for a real long time or a short time--that he really likes me. He is so sweet to me, but when I do not talk to him much on any given day--his reaction is kind of moody--like he is not liking the thought of me not talking to him. I have fallen in-love with this guy--his watching me, made me really nervous and excited, all in one. He always seems to come to my work area--even when he is not in my work group. He tries to get close to me a lot. He will find any excuse to talk to me. He has purposely bumped into me a few times--I believe it is to let me know that he is interested in me. I have asked him why he stares at me--he said, that he did not stare at me--I clearly can see that he does stare and so can my co-workers. He does not know that I like him.
1. Why does he want me to talk to him, and he wants to stand near me--but he doesn't want to admit to his staring at me?

Like most people he is scared of rejection. If he admits that he is in fact staring at you, then comes the point of no return, the point where this whole thing gets decided. If he says he is staring at you, you may ask him to stop and tell him it makes you uncomfortable, which is a nice way of saying, "hey, buddy, we are not like that, OK?" Or you may say, "hey lets hook up sometime after work". But he is scared of it being the first answer and is really enjoying the games you guys are playing. If it comes decision time and things don't go his way, then all that fun is over and done. He just does not want to risk that at this point. Also, because it would make for very awkward situation at work from then on, if the decision is made that you don't want to go there with him...

He is just delaying the decision because he is a. having fun with the whole thing and does not want it to stop, b. is scared that you will reject his advances, and c. worried how the relationship will be if you say stop.

My guess is that he is flirting and kidding around with you. I assume that he knows that you know he is staring, but he is just joking and being playful.

As long as you don't mind the staring and flirting, then be happy that he likes you, and that you like him. In time, he'll admit that he has "more than friends" feelings for you. Relax, and enjoy the flirting until then.

are you in junior high or what? If your company does not have a no dating fellow employees policy, ask him out for a drink and tell him you feel a connection, etc...and see if you want to pursue a relationship.

Well one of you needs to buck it up and ask the other once out. HE is probably embarrassed that you got him. Just remeber soemtimes guys are chickens. You should tell him you like him and ask him to hangout with you outside of work sometime.

Never start a relationship with a co-worker . If it doesn't work out you still have to work there.

Honey,,,,He difinitely likes you.
Make a move on him and let him know that you are returning his feelings for you...
Ask him to stop for coffee or a snack after work.
See where it goes from there.
