Talk with your vet about payment plans. You probably aren't the first to have a hard time paying the bills, so maybe they'll be able to help you out. Some companies have loan-like methods that allow you to pay over time. Or try to get a loan.
Don't let the dog suffer, though.

She could just be having normal rapid eye movement while she was asleep. Nystagmus is a condition where the eyes move back and forth rhymically in an awake dog--usually from a head injury or something neurological.
It sounds like her pelvis is broken too? Some pelvis injuries can heal on their own--depends where the break is. Others never will and need surgery. It is important to keep her quiet and no walking. We would have you return weekly for a splint/cast recheck. It must remain dry and not slip or rub. I'd give my vet a call in the morning if you are still concerned, or if it is more serious think about going to an emergency hospital tonight.

Dogs can't tell us what is wrong with them, they count on us to help them get better. What did the vet say? Is the surgery necessary for a good life for her? If yes, then talk to the vet. Some vets will take payments over a period of time. Or, maybe there is something your vet can suggest that you do to help your pet. Anyway, if you do nothing, she might have complications. Good luck!

If you really really love your dog ask family members for monetary help and if that does not work ask for a loan but if you don't think that you are going to be able to pay back at the company and struggle is ok is maybe time for your dog to go sorry but if you put hem to sleep he stops suffering and well you will be sad but sometimes things happened and theres not much we can do about it lol take care.

If you really care sencerily about the dog... spend the money!!! It's worth it!!! Get the surgery but don't expect the dog to be totally fine afterward... it will be moving slower, eating less, very restless and always drowsy. If you are in a serious financial bind, I'd recomend to just spend all your time with it before its death because "putting it to sleep" costs as well... I'm really sorry for your situation...:(
Best Wishes....... for you and your dog:(:(:(

Animals, and people, sleep/rest/act lazy when they are healing. The creepy eye thing is normal, everything does that while they sleep, it's called Rapid Eye something. But it's nothing to worry about. If you're still worried call and ask your vet about it.

Call an emergency vet. If they gave any pain meds for her that might be causing some muscle relaxation and sluggishness. I've seen my dog do that with his eyes when he was just really sleepy, so I would call first and see what they say.

If u cant afford to get the care ur dog needs honestly putting it to sleep is the best option. It might be hard for u but u dont want it to be suffering and u not know it
