I like the Book of Mormon much more than the Bible. I want to be a god and would like to have many beautiful women for my wives. I realize that LDS has changed to not allow the traditional teachings of Prophets Brigham Young and Joseph Smith.
I shall look into Fund. Latter Day Saints since they are the traditional Mormons!

Nice sarcasm. I hope most people realize you aren't Mormon, or at least have negative feelings for the church.
If you were a faithful Mormon you would love the Bible as much as the Book of Mormon and would follow it's teachings the same. Mormons give equal amount of study time in church to the Bible as they do the Book of Mormon and many are amazing Bible scholars.
In the Bible Jesus did invite us to be like him and be one with Him and God. If you desire to be like Him you must follow His commandments. The LDS faith/teachings have not changed for the sake of covering or disavowing the teachings of their early leaders, but has changed according to the revelations of God, just as did the Church of the Bible with the Propets and with Christ.

first off I'm not mormon... but I have read the book of mormon and my roommate is mormon so I feel well versed in the matter! My fav scripture is Alma 5: 32-34.
I don't like yo comment about the bible, you need to go back and re-read it. That is the main problem with mormons they know the book of mormon so good but when it comes to the bible they know very little. My fav scripture from the bible is "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16.

FLDS is not traditional Mormons. They are a sick twisted version.
If all you want is a bunch of women, why marry them?

It would have to be Hezekiah 4:12 "And believe not every word that proceeds from the mouths of men"
That definitely applies to the Mormon church. There is a lot of what they teach that is contradicted by the Bible in its plain teachings.
