im not fat at all i at 5"6 adn weigh 146 and i ahve rolls under neath my boobs...how can i get rid of them??????? ive done all sorts of exercises and i need to no if there is another one that im not aware of! thx if u gimme and answer!

There is a myth that doing a lot of abdominal exercises not only develops the muscles of the region but also contributes towards cutting down fat on the stomach area. The truth is that when you exercise any particular part of the body (such as the abs), the fat is not only reduced in that area but is reduced proportionately from all over the body. A number of T.V commercials and advertisers try to sell their products based upon this myth (called spot reduction), when in reality, nothing such happens. The reality is that the muscles of the exercised area get tighter and the body loses overall fat, giving the appearance of targeted fat reduction.

okay so all you have to do is eat healthy -fish -salads (maybe get that 1 calorie per squirt salad dressing) -make a hamburger WITHOUT the bun -boiled eggs -yogurt -oatmeal -any kinds of nuts -some cereals (for ex: specail k things like that) and deffinatly tons of water! to also help you loose it fast go to the gym a few days a week. OR if you dont wanna do stuff at the gym, if you just go swimming it a pool a few days a week it really makes the difference! swimming is one of the main ways people loose weight..its not hard to do and it can be fun just to make a day of it you and a few of your friends hanging out by the pool! well hope i could help! i wish you the best of luck =]

It could be caused by PCOS(polycystic ovarian syndrome). Excess weight around the middle is a sign of PCOS along with others symptoms such as irregular periods.
May be something to check out....

you need to decrease your current level of body fat until you see the desired results in your problem areas. you can't spot reduce fat stores through the diet or exercise, the body loses fat from all over the body

the first step will be accepting that you are fat. if you have rolls underneath your boobs, that is fat my dear. denial sucks!
