Alright let me begin by saying that i eat when im bored. Yes i know how wrong, and yes its my problem so plz dont tell me what i know already.
I would like to know if my diet plan would work in helping me lose wieght:
1.Drinking herbal green tea (Zano Tea)
2.Working out about 30 min a day
3. Drinking Soy milk when im bored.
:)
good idea?
if yes, tell me why
and if no, tell me why also
how much do you think i could lose?

yes i would love to be at a HEALTHY weight and i have adressed my "unhealthy bored eating" situation. So all thats left is to begin a diet THIS MONDAY.

any good ideas??
