How many calories should you have for breakfast,lunch, supper?

seperately how many calories approx. should you have for each?

I'm 110 pounds, 5'5'',

this is what I had today:

breakfast-300 cal
lunch-300 cal
supper-300 cal
snack-100 cal

1,200-1,600 is ok for a girl

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter your stats and find out how many calories a day you need.
the healthiest is to have 5-6 small meals a day - that way body gets enough calories when it needs them and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves.
e.g. if i need 1800cal/day thats about 300cal/meal 6 meals a day - i will have about 450can breakfast, 200cal snack, 350cal lunch, 250cal snack, 350cal dinner and 200cal snack.
breakfast has to be the biggest meal of the day.

you're definitely not eating enough
you don't need to lose weight so you could eat around 1800-2200 calories a day and maintain your weight, depending on your physical activity level.

by eating such a small amount, you're probably putting your body in starvation mode which leads to metabolic issues as well as unnecessary fat storage. in other words your body will not digest the food you eat as well as it could and it will store fat because it needs any energy source.

i suggest maybe eat 3 meals of about 500 calories each, with 2 snack with 200 calories each. that amount should maintain your weight even without any exercise. you can eat more if you exercise a bit.

1000 calories in one day!!!! that is really unhealthly;
it doesnt matter when you have the calories really, but try to get around 2000-2500 a day. This is the recommended amount;
if you are worried about gaining weight, simply do a little exercise; a calory is just a unit of energy--it becomes fat only if it isnt used.
