First sentence is conditional and demonstrates probability. If I knew his number, I would call him. It is present tense

Second is same as above, but in the past tense of probability.

Third sentence is also same as the first, but in the past participle tense of probability, and both the main and subordinate clauses are in past participle tense.

#1 is saying if you knew his # you would call him right now.
#2 is saying if you knew his # you would have called him in the past.
#3 is exactly like #2. You would have caled him in the past.
It all is in the last phrase.#2 and #3 have the same endin phrase. ENGLISH.

the second one isn't even proper English and doesn't make sense. The first one is future-tense and the last one is past tense.

2nd one is I forget lol
3rd one is past tense
