I was doing 68 in a 65 mph zone. This is now legal in the state of Georgia as of this year.

3 miles over the speed limit is abuse and it will clog the courts.
bet they don't make it stick. most speedometer are that far off, my van is 4 mph off at 60 mph.

a reasonable # would depend on the situation. 30 in a 25 school zone may be reasonable or 73 in a 65 zone.

Mass state police were stopping 12% over or 68 in a 60.
