Should be:

Créatúr álainn (kray-toor ah-lun) for "beautiful creature."

and

Créatúr cúthail (kray-toor kool) for "shy creature."

(Gaelic /r/ is slightly trilled).

Álainn (ah-lun) is more common in Gaelic for "beautiful" than scéimhiúil (shkev-ool).

Gaelic spelling has not kept pace with changes in pronunciation over the past 1,000 years, much like English spelling.
