While many boys do it, it is extremely unhealthy. It ruins a person's image of healthy relationships with the opposite sex and often causes addiction. The best thing you can do for your friend is tell his parents, who can get appropriate psychological help for him. We should all avoid pornography like the plague, because it's dangerous.

Have you been living under a rock for the past 10 years? Of course it's normal, theres nothing wrong with looking up porn, in fact it's rather healthy.
Not to be rude or harsh, but sounds like you could do with some porn as well..
