you wont if you are eating too little.
you can only lose fat if you create slight deficit in daily caloric intake and do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.
crunches wont help you get rid of belly fat because we cant spot reduce body fat.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Yes you can but don't eat too little or you'll end up with more health problems. I'm severely hypoglycemic and I think part of the reason is that I was eating 900 cals/day (I'm 5'1 and 125) trying to lose weight. Try weight watchers. My friend lost 80 lbs in about a year doing just that with no exercise! Add exercise and you'd have it made! I lost 30lbs on the program also. Why do you want to weigh 130? You are pretty tall. You don't have too much to lose :) Good luck with everything! Do this the healthy way and don't push your body too hard! I also learned this the hard way by running on a hurt foot and I sprained my back. Now I can never run again! Be healthy and good luck!

Finally! A person with a realistic weight loss goal!
Yes, it's possible to safely lose up two two pounds a week through better food choices and increased exercise. In seven months (30 weeks) you could succeed.
Junk the junk food, and move your body. It doesn't matter how you move it, as long as you do.
The key to success is to have a realistic plan in place, and to stick to it. Your scale may not show you what you want to see, every day, but in the long run you can meet your goal if you don't give up.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

have interaction your self in an exercising application. choose for an exercising which you relatively prefer to do & somebody on the threshold of you needs it additionally. Why? in case you exercising via your self in basic terms, the tendency is which you will surrender halfway. in case you do some thing with a chum, with the comparable wish of loosing weight then the two considered one of you could desire to have the comparable objective! exercising first for half-hour 3x each week. while you're already used to with this then enhance it to 4-7x each week. extra helpful see a nutritionist! Loosing too lots weight too quickly is likewise undesirable. it would be lost steadily. sidestep too lots of softdrinks, in case you cant do then weight loss plan can do. in spite of the undeniable fact that, water is the perfect. Have breakfast, lunch, dinner & 2 snacks. Dont consume a million meal an afternoon. It defeats the objective of weight-reduction plan. in case you in basic terms consume as quickly as an afternoon, then the subsequent time you will consume, you would be pigging it out! Sorry for the term. Are you into activities? brisk strolling? dancing or strolling? I even have acquaintances who play badminton & loose 50 lbs in a million years time. 60 lbs till February isn't an suited one. it would be steadily. you could desire to finally end up interior the well-being center quickly in case you loose weight at a quicker fee!

My wife has lost 32.2 lbs in 16 weeks while doing the weight watchers program. (!)
She has followed everything to the letter and I can tell you it has required a lot of self discipline but, she's not slowing down and seems to be on her way to losing another 15 lbs before she's finished.
I think she was at around 190 lbs before she started. (5'8)

Maybe but I doubt 60... that's a drastic number for such a short time. Either way, it'll be great for your body and I'm sure you'll lose that 60 pounds eventually if you keep that workout.

Yeah, you probably could.
Maintain both of those things (diet+exercise), and I think you will be pleased!
I think it would be easy to get lazy and decide not to work out for a couple of days, but if you are persistant, I think you could make it.
Oh, and make sure you get enough sleep. That is surprisingly important for loosing weight.
Good luck!
=)
