There are 2 houses to go to.
Each person has own needs and wants.
Peter: Wants Tassos and/or Tommy and Has to go to Karate in morning
Tommy: Has to go to karate in morning and wants tommy, demetri or thomas with him
Katerina: Wants as much people as possible. Must be with Angelina
Angelina: Wants to be with Katerina and has to go to Karate in morning
Thomas: Wants Tommy because for fight prevention between Thomas and Peter
Demetri: Has to go to karate in the morning.
There is House A and House B.
Find the best solution.

House A: Peter, Tommy, Thomas
House B: Tassos, Katerina, Angelina, Demetri
I'll tell logic:
Tommy is a friend of both Thomas and Peter. So, I put them all in the same house so that there's no squabble.
Now, since Tassos is also Pete's friend, I would have put him in House A, but since Pete's preferences say 'Tassos or Tommy', I put Tassos in House B, since Katerina wants as many people as possible. Katerina and Angelina want to go to karate with each other, so they're obviously in the same house as Tassos.
Demetri can go anywhere, but he shares houses with Katerina as she wants population!
Hope that made sense.
But using the same above logic, I reached another conclusion I hope I shall not have to explain:
House A: Peter, Thomas, Tommy, Katerina, Angelina
House B: Tassos, Demetri

I have no clue... I'd have to think about it for a minute. You didn't say I needed a GOOD answer within ten minutes though, so here ya go.
Additional details: I know, which is exactly why I don't plan on thinking too far into it. I'm not THAT bored. =) You can answer it for me though. Can YOU answer it within the rest of the 10 minutes?
