will it clog up my pores becuz when i sweat my pore will open up and will the moisturizer cream go into my pore? i dont understand the oil-free property wont it go into my pore if it opens up ?

Wear moisturizer if you so choose. Just wash up after you exercise.

1] use a face wash, toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen suited for your skin type - normal, combo, oily. Make sure moisturizer is oil free - won't add to oil on your face, but will moisten areas that need it. [ forehead, cheeks, neck, typically ]
2] AM - wash, tone, and sunscreen; PM - wash, tone, and moisturize
3] exfoliate face three times a week with Aapri or St. Ives apricot scrub
4] do cardio exercise at least three times a week for 30 minutes [ to tone and maintain weight ]
5] do 3 sets each of 10 reps of pushups, situps, obliques, and crunches
6] avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
7] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
8] take a multivitamin with minerals every day
9] keep hair and hands off face
10] don't apply moisturizer just to exercise - but don't remove it to exercise either
11] keep baby wipes or acne pads in PE locker to clean face after exercise

Actual, what can really get rid of acne (worked for me) is washing your face with soap and water every day.
