If I fast on only cranberry juice for two days, will it jump start weight loss? I know it cleanses the body, so will it give me a fresh start to a healthier diet?

I'm not a big fan of juice fasts. juice has soooo much natural sugar, you may as well be drinking cool-aid.

instead of only juice try doing a fruit/veg diet. you need to do it a little longer than fasting, but is not as drastic on your body. plus your getting other thinks out of the fruit/vegs that are important that you wouldn't other wise get. this is also a great way to detox your body. eat fruit only for a few days and then go to vegs.

please don't take any advice from swissprincessxoxoxo, she just posted a questions about the proper way to purge, because she can't seem to get all her food up.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. After you stop the fast, the weight comes right back. It is better to
do the Calorie Restriction Diet. It works.

only people with health problems or ones who have been on drugs could do cleansing, for everybody else its a waste of time and the only thing it does is slows down your metabolism.
you can only lose fat if you create slight deficit in daily caloric intake.
when you starve/deprive your body all you lose is water weight and muscle not fat and end up with slower metabolism and higher body fat percentage.

It will cleanse your system but make sure it cranberry juice 100% not cocktail, no other add in like apple juice, and no added sugar, high fructose corn syrup, etc!

Tootsie Pie is a liar she is just mad that I got her mad so she is making up lies ignore her please!
