ok...i made a video on my camera and i want to cut a part out but i cant download any program..any websites??
i will put it on my website!

If you have Windows XP sp 2 or higher, then you have Windows Movie Maker.
Try START> All Programs> Accessories> Windows Movie Maker. If it's not there... do a search for it.
Import your videos into Movie Maker then drag them into the timeline view. From there you can cut out sections, add music, effects, titles, credits and more

You need to download it on to Windows Movie Maker or possibly some other hardware program to make movies.
