well actually u shouldnt have smoked in the first place. but then u should brush 2 times a day possibly three, also use listerine, mints, andif that doesnt work then u probably smokeed more than a few times.............
also u should stop smoking because the odor goes on your clothes and your body. your finger nails will turn a yellow color
and ppl will look at your fingers and ask crappy ?'s. but u really really should quit smoking. if u dont stop then all these answers ppl and i r giving u is just a waste because the odor will still come if u continue. its obvious

I was going to say stop smoking, but if you have only smoked a few times, and you can STILL smell in on your breath...you have a problem...use a strong mouthwash...

Stop smoking. those odors cling to your clothes and skin and hair-not just your breath. Think about why you even started. Nicotine is a powerful addiction and very hard to escape so do yourself a huge favor and quit while you can. Can you say Lung Cancer, emphysema, heart disease-not a pretty picture.

Me too, i was gonna say exactly that, but not only, 'cause i smoke, too! I always throw a mint in after smoking! It seemed to work, 'cause none of my coworkers ( all nonsmokers) even realized i smoke, allthough i do in the car before i get there, until they saw me...

sorry noone...but it's not a stupid answer...you should quit smoking...and i don't mean this in a sarcastic way. if smoking was good for you, then you would not be trying to get your breath under control.

sorry if its not what you want to hear

ALL THE CHEMICALS FROM THE CIGARRETTE SMOKE ACTUALLY GETS INTO YOUR BLOOD THAT'S WHY THE STINK OF THE SMOKE REMAINS. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO QUIT, YOU'LL STILL SMELL LIKE AN ASHTRAY.
